STAINLESS STEEL 304 HL - HYUNDAI

Metal A would like to inform our customers as follows: Currently, the market is in chaos with counterfeit goods imported from Hyundai BNG factory, seriously affecting the reputation of the factory, causing heavy damage to distributors and genuine elevator manufacturers. We, Metal A - one of the distributors of Hyundai products, strongly oppose and will take actions to protect our own rights and interests and those of genuine Hyundai product users as well as consumers

1. We would like to clarify the product information as follows:

Genuine product image

White PVC back,
Stainless steel surface is shiny, no scratches near the edge

Counterfeit image

Black PVC back

Stainless steel surface is easy to get dirty, difficult to clean, has scratches near the edge

2. Protection actions:

- We will cooperate with users and consumers to go to the place to re-evaluate genuine products and poor quality products (counterfeit goods) to boycott counterfeit goods and counterfeit elevator suppliers

- Support and accompany manufacturers and elevator trading units using genuine products with factory records, import documents as well as all related quality and technical instructions

- Participate and support users and consumers of elevators (including private homes) who are using counterfeit goods with legal records related to payment and complaints to protect the interests of customers to the end

3. Advice

For each elevator, the amount of stainless steel accounts for a small % but has an extremely large value, it is the surface that shows the reputation and class of the project as well as the reputation of the supplier. Therefore,

- We respectfully request that customers consider carefully, do not let short-term benefits affect the long-term reputation that has been worked hard to build

- To avoid buying fake and poor quality products, we respectfully request that customers come to the genuine distributors of the brand. Sincerely thank you for your understanding and companionship with Metal A throughout the past time and in the long journey ahead!
