Dear Customers.

We, Hyundai Materials Company, would like to send our sincere apologies to our Customers because our HL stainless steel (scratched stripes) is facing quality problems due to the influence of the PE Lazer glue layer (glue used in laser cutting machines). Because of the difference in climate, weather, and temperature, the PE adhesive layer is not completely stable, after peeling off the PE, a light adhesive layer is left on the surface of the product.

The PE adhesive layer manufacturing factory is trying to fix and resolve this problem and we guarantee that our agent Metal A Trading Co., Ltd. is distributing Hyundai products with the standard adhesive layer that we are providing. (Image of PE lazer coating glue attached below)

To resolve this situation, we will:

1. We will provide a solution to remove the adhesive layer on the stainless steel surface, this solution will not tarnish the surface or affect the quality of the product.

2. Our agent, Metal A Trading Co., Ltd. will support you to explain and handle the sticky situation during this time.

3. We are trying to improve the quality of this PE laser adhesive layer as quickly as possible.
